Outline

The indented list you plan from, and your checklist once a page has been analyzed.

What it shows

The Outline lays the map out as cards — one per section, with its ring-2 subtopics as headings and their subtopics listed beneath. It reads like a table of contents for the site section you are about to build.

Your gap checklist

This is the view to work in after a gap analysis. Subtopics your page already covers are ticked off and struck through, so what remains reads straight down as a to-do list — one line per thing you still need to write.

When to use it

Use the Outline when you are turning a map into a writing roadmap, working through subtopics one at a time, or handing sections to different writers. It is the most practical view for planning, and it maps directly onto the rows you get from a CSV or XLSX export.
